Submit a Project Idea!

Now Accepting Applications for the 2026-27 Crowdfund Cohort!

Fill out this application to express interest in launching a Crowdfunding project. The purpose of a Crowdfunding project is to assist Cal Poly-affiliated organizations, programs, and departments by providing a platform for them to raise money for events and expenses, among other financial burdens. To qualify, projects must be sponsored by a Cal Poly department or organization and approved and sponsored by a faculty member or advisor.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and the Annual Giving team will reach out with the next steps if your project has been selected.

Selected projects must attend at least one 20 minute zoom session with a member of the Annual Giving team to discuss the project before launch.

Please note that projects that reach less than 50% of their fundraising goal may be asked to wait before taking part in a future campaign cycle.
