Our Crowdfunding Groups
Thank you so much to all of our generous donors! Over the course of our 30-day campaign, we raised a total of $690. This money will greatly impact Zero Waste Ambassadors by providing a student-assistant with some of the funds needed to continue this program on campus and keep costs down for event coordinators when hosting zero waste events. This money also funds 165 standardized recycling signs from Recycle Across America, which will greatly reduce the contamination rates in Cal Poly's outdoor recycling bins.
Once again, thank you so much to everyone who donated and/or shared our campaign with others. Your contributions do not go unnoticed and this program will continue to grow and flourish because of it.
As Giving Tuesday continues and our campaign approaches its final week, we have raised $410 during our campaign. We would like to thank everyone who have contributed to our campaign thusfar; your contribution will make a difference in helping Cal Poly become more environmentally sustainable. With eight days left, we still need your help in order to reach our goal of $3,500. Please consider making a donation to our campaign and sharing our campaign on your personal social media accounts. Any amount of money raised will go directly toward helping us provide students with an educational, hands-on Earn by Doing sustainability experience. By helping Zero Waste Ambassadors to become a student-run program, we will be able to make even more campus events zero waste and reach Cal Poly's 2020 goal of 80% waste diversion.

With your help, we are able to make sure that our program continues to divert at least 90% of waste from entering a landfill at various campus events. Your donations have a direct impact on our ability to set up these waste diversion services and it is greatly appreciated by everyone involved!
We are slowly but surely making progress on our campaign and received a $20 cash donation at our tabling event on Saturday's Football BBQ in addition to a $10 gift on our campaign platform.
