About Multicultural Business Program:
The Multicultural Business Program is a diverse, inclusive, and multicultural community led by students for students where they matter, belong, and with professional support are connected with resources to persist to graduation and beyond. MBP envisions an Orfalea College of Business experience where students, regardless of their identity or background are engaged and prepared for personal, academic and professional success. MBP’s seeks to create community to promote the recruitment, retention and success of traditionally underserved and historically underrepresented students in business.
About Leadership Beyond the Resume: The Leadership Beyond the Resume (LBTR) Summit prepares emerging leaders for success in a diverse and multicultural world. LBTR engages student leaders and professionals through interactive speakers and workshops. Participants will learn more about cultural intelligence and how to be better allies. MBP’s goal is to encourage more participants to be active global business leaders and to build community through collaboration.
