After all of the support we've received so far, we have extended our goal to $2500. This would allow us to bring holiday cheer to 40 more children and teens!
The Center for Service in Action (CSA) invites all students, staff, faculty, alumni and supporters to contribute to the Mustang Holiday Gift Drive! By donating money, you are helping fulfill a child’s gift request this holiday season. While the gifts are priced in the $20-30 range, any amount of donation (no matter how small) can help as it will go towards funding a specific child’s gift request. In addition, or instead of a monetary donation, you can pick up a gift tag at any of our three Giving Tree locations and shop for a local child or teen. Giving Trees are located on the first floor of Kennedy Library (Bldg. 35), the second floor of the University Union (Bldg. 65), and the Center for Service in Action in the Science Building (Bldg. 52, Room E22). Bring newly purchased, unwrapped gift items to the Center for Service in Action by Friday, December 6th to help make a child smile this holiday season!
At the end of the drive, student volunteers from the CSA will shop for the remaining gifts with the donated money to ensure that as many children as possible receive gifts this holiday season!
