The recent outbreak of COVID-19 has had a massive impact on all Cal Poly students. With travel becoming limited and classes moving exclusively to remote instruction, Cal Poly is committed to ensuring that the Learn by Doing education promised to our students and the quality thereof is not sacrificed during the transition to online courses. Now, more than ever, the technologic resources provided to students by the Kennedy Library are vital to the continued success and quality education of our students.
We are asking for your help to raise funds for the Kennedy Library so that we can provide our students with the most up-to-date resources possible. Gifts to Kennedy Library support all Cal Poly students, faculty and staff. We are investing in digital resources so more users have access to more e-books, databases, journals and other online materials. For research support, we are offering virtual one-on-one consultations and on-demand instruction. With the Kennedy Library physically closed, learning needs will continue to arise, and our donors will ensure Kennedy Library can leverage every opportunity to support our students during these unprecedented times.
