Our Crowdfunding Groups
Cal Poly Men’s Soccer Club is the club men’s soccer team at Cal Poly, consisting of about 50 dedicated student-athletes, making an A and a B team, who train and compete year-round. We take pride in fostering a competitive environment while building strong camaraderie among our members. Our social events, including team dinners, inter-sport exchanges, collaborations with the women’s team, and an end-of-year formal, help enhance our team spirit and create lasting friendships beyond just college.
Our competitive advantages include full-time coaching, league matches throughout the whole school year, and participation in regional and national tournaments. To keep up this momentum, we rely on the support of generous donors like you and greatly appreciate any contributions that help our athletes succeed.
Highlights from this past year include:
A major expense for us is attending the NIRSA Soccer National Championships, typically held in Texas or Alabama. The costs include airfare, car rentals, tournament registration, hotels, and gas. Last year, our team reached the semifinals, and the year before, we proudly secured the national championship. Competing at nationals challenges us against the best teams nationwide and helps us forge lifelong memories and friendships.
