Cal Poly Men's Lacrosse

Cal Poly Men's Lacrosse competes in the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA), a lacrosse-specific alternative to the NCAA. Our team strikes a balance between being one of the most competitive in the nation— finishing 21st last year— and excelling in the classroom.

As one of the school's largest clubs in terms of budget and funding, the team operates primarily through player dues and generous donations from family and supporters. These contributions cover travel expenses, league dues, facility rentals, equipment, HUDL, and a full-time head coach. Players will receive a helmet, gloves, practice jersey, travel polo, sweatshirt, shooting shirt, practice shorts, and a warm-up hoodie.

Highlights from this past season include our highest-ever league recognition, with 13 WCLL All-Conference athletes:

  • First Team: Ryan Sanders, Will Rakoz, Rylan Hickman, Xander Murray-Osborn, Adam Segal
  • Second Team: Sean Waterman, Lucas Chu
  • Third Team: Bendt Jorgensen, Jack Krammer, Guy Lyons
  • Honorable Mention: Jake Brown, Adam Perry
  • Additionally, Ryan Sanders was named WCLL Offensive Player of the Year.

On top of that, four players earned All-American honors:

  • First Team: Ryan Sanders
  • Honorable Mention: Will Rakoz, Xander Murray-Osborn, Adam Segal

We are incredibly proud of these athletes, and your continued support is deeply appreciated as we strive for even greater success!
