Support the Art & Design Department

Help the Art & Design Department invite some of the most important artists, designers, and thinkers today to campus for talks, workshops, and studio visits!

Cal Poly Art & Design is a nationally recognized program accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD). We take pride in cultivating active and diversity-minded designers, photographers, filmmakers, artists, and creative professionals who become leaders in their professional, social, and cultural contexts.

Fully committed to Cal Poly’s Learn-by-Doing motto, our curriculum provides a strong foundation in the creation, history, and theory of the visual arts that prepares students for professional careers and graduate studies. Hands-on laboratories, lectures, workshops, and field trips offer invaluable learning opportunities that are generously supported by our industry partners and alumni.

This year, we want to better fund the Guest Lecture Series for our students!

The Art and Design Visiting Artist Guest Lecture Series has invited nationally recognized artists, designers, critics and historians to campus for lectures and interactions with all concentrations of the B.F.A. program.  Your support is crucial in helping us continue to provide these exceptional experiences for our students. By contributing to Cal Poly Art & Design, you are investing in the future of creative leaders who will shape the world. Join us in our mission to foster excellence and innovation in art and design education!
