Send Cal Poly SWE to the WE24 Conference!
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is an international organization that provides educational experiences and technical opportunities. It is the world’s largest advocate for women in engineering. The Cal Poly SWE chapter needs your help to send our members to the WE24 conference this year!
WE24 is SWE’s annual conference. It is a 3-day event with opportunities to network, gain career insights, and connect with industry leaders on innovation. Participants can attend interactive workshops on leadership and engineering subjects, cultivating relationships, and empowering women.
Every year, Cal Poly’s SWE chapter sponsors students to attend this conference, providing them with growth and networking experiences they may not be able to access otherwise. Students can learn about various technical and career topics, interact with alumni and industry representatives, and participate in outreach to younger generations through the “Invent It. Build It” event. Additionally, six students will participate in the Team Tech collegiate competition, presenting their year-long project with their sponsor, All Wheels Up.
Your contributions will allow Cal Poly students to travel to Chicago to participate in the conference and provide them with incredible Learn by Doing opportunities. A gift of any amount is appreciated!
