Our chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) is committed to empowering our members through professional development, and we are excited to take a crucial step forward by attending the 2024 SHPE National Convention in Anaheim, California. This event provides unparalleled opportunities for our members—offering workshops, networking sessions, and direct access to recruiters from top companies. For many of our members, this is their chance to secure internships and full-time job offers that will launch their careers. We need your help to make this amazing opportunity possible!
Our goal is to send 50 of our dedicated students, from first-year students to club officers, to this five-day convention. There are several costs associated with this trip, from registration fees, hotel rooms, and meals, and we want to ensure that every student, regardless of their financial situation, can attend without barriers.
This experience will not only benefit individual students but will also help strengthen our entire chapter. As one of our members recently shared, “The SHPE Convention opened doors for me I never thought possible. It’s more than just a career fair—it’s a community that supports your growth.” However, we need your help to make this possible.

A gift of $250 wil cover the cost of two nights at a hotel for 4 students. Help ease the financial burden of attending the convention and provide a comfortable place for our members to recharge!
This donation covers the complete cost for a 5-day stay for 4 students at a hotel including meals. Your support ensures that our members are able to experience all that the SHPE Convention has to offer, without any financial barriers.
