Send Chi Epsilon to the Pacific District Conference

The Chi Epsilon Pacific District Conference (PDC) is an annual leadership conference that aims to connect attending Chi Epsilon (XE) chapters with industry professionals, build relationships with other Chi Epsilon chapters, and develop student professionalism. PDC typically holds events spanning over a weekend that align with these goals, including networking, student competitions, leadership presentations, and more. 

Each year, the host rotates between the various Chi Epsilon chapters within the Pacific District; this year, SJSU was selected as the college to host the conference. For our own chapter growth, PDC is important because we discuss best practices for our chapter and how we can improve as leaders. It also motivates current members to ascend to future leadership positions within our club and their careers. Additionally, it gives our chapter the opportunity to plan co-chapter events with other colleges. We need your help to attend this amazing event and make it accessible for all members of Chi Epsilon!

With your support, we plan to send a delegation of approximately 20 students from Cal Poly’s Chi Epsilon chapter. Our members need your help to cover the cost of conference registration and lodging, since the hotels around SJSU can be expensive. Your generous donation would allow this trip to be accessible to all our members who want to attend and take part in this amazing career-building opportunity!
