The Pride of the Pacific inspires school spirit, entertains audiences and represents Cal Poly! The Mustang Marching Band (MB) is a dynamic ensemble of more than 200 talented performers representing almost every major across Cal Poly. The students and leaders of MB work hard to support the football, volleyball, and basketball programs during their seasons while generously collaborating with the University, Cal Poly Partners, and the greater-SLO area to perform at numerous events.

MB embodies Cal Poly’s Learn By Doing motto by teaching, leading, and organizing fellow members in empathy, acceptance, and community-building.
