Help the Rowing Club Compete at the Head of the American Regatta!
Cal Poly Rowing is a student-run club sport team founded just three years ago with a mission to build community, develop leadership, and compete at the highest level of collegiate rowing. In a short time, we’ve grown from a handful of students with a dream into a dedicated team of athletes who train early mornings while balancing rigorous academics.
This fall, we have the incredible opportunity to compete at the Head of the American Regatta in Sacramento, California. Attending this regatta will not only allow us to test our speed against strong competition but also put Cal Poly Rowing on the map as a rising force in collegiate rowing.
As a completely student-run program, we rely on fundraising to cover expenses like registration fees, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Every dollar goes directly toward ensuring our athletes can compete.
“At the start of our season, Head of the American is a great opportunity to show off the work that we’ve put in over summer break, and it’s a great way to make our novices fall in love with rowing." —Wesley Repins, Cal Poly Rowing Vice President and Rower
